Facelift surgery, or rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgery procedure used to restore a more youthful facial appearance. Facelift surgery can reduce the appearance of: wrinkles on the face, sagging skin in the cheek and jaw area, and excess fat on the neck among other things. To perform the surgery, a facial plastic surgeon will make incisions in necessary areas on the face; lift and tighten underlying muscles; then remove, redistribute, and/or sculpt the fat in your face to create a more aesthetically pleasing facial structure. A facelift surgery will not stop lip the aging process completely but it can slow it down.
Mini facelifts can be done in our operating room under local anesthetic with oral sedation. To determine if you are a candidate for a mini facelift or traditional facelift will depend on your individual factors such as skin laxity, age, and sun damage. Fat transfer is a diverse and versatile professional surgical procedure, able to deliver exceptional results in various areas of the body. Also referred to as fat grafting or injections, the treatment is widely considered to be minimally invasive and highly effective at delivering a fresher, more youthful appearance.
The natural approach to reducing the common signs and symptoms of aging is highly preferred by many people for it’s ability to re-use fat found naturally in the body and repurpose it to help enhance the appearance of other areas of the body. This creates a highly natural end result, as the bodies own fat is being used instead of alternative substances reproduced to replicate the normal processes of the body.
By taking fat from where it isn’t needed and moving it to where it can be of the most benefit, the benefits of the duel procedure can be felt in more than one area of the body. The natural processes of fat transfer can deliver results, that whilst temporary, are a lot longer-lasting than many of the alternative forms of cosmetic enhancement surgery.

This procedure is commonly used to fix: droopy or baggy upper eyelids, excess skin on the upper or lower eyelids, and bags or puffiness under the eyes among other things. Rhinoplasty can be used to improve: proportion of the nose to the face, nasal asymmetry, and nose profile with visible indentations and/or protuberances on the bridge among other things. To perform rhinoplasty, a plastic surgeon will create incisions inside the nose; then the underlying cartilage and bone will be rearranged, reduced, or enlarged to create a more aesthetically pleasing nose structure. A rhinoplasty can also be used to correct an obstructed airway, such as a deviated septum, in order to improve breathing.

IPL, Fractional CO2 Laser Treatments
IPL and fractional CO2 laser treatments are treatments designed to remove blemishes from the skin. Imperfections such as wrinkles, sun spots, scars, warts, and liver spots may be removed with these methods. Another common reason injectable fillers are used is to treat dynamic wrinkles, or wrinkles commonly found around the eyes and mouth; the purpose of the procedure in this case would be to achieve a smoother, youthful look. Most injectable fillers are only temporary or semi-permanent, if you are looking for a permanent solution ask us about face, eye, or brow lifts.

Otoplasty may also be used to improve large or stretched earlobes, as well as lobes with heavy wrinkles. To perform the surgery, the surgeon will create necessary incisions around the ear; then sculpt the cartilage to achieve the desired proportions.
